Specialist Leaders of Education
Staff at Aston Fields Middle School are experienced in supporting other schools and have helped several schools to go up an Ofsted grade in recent years. The school specialises in providing bespoke support for 'middle' schools. In addition, the school has six Specialist Leaders of Education who provide specific support in the areas of English, SEND, Music, Behaviour for Learning, ECTs, RS/Character Education, Physical Education, and School Business Management.
