At Aston Fields Middle School, it is important to us that all members of our school community are healthy both physically and mentally. Home learning is a new experience for all of us and we want to reassure you that the staff are here to support you in whatever ways we can to limit the impact of the current situation. To this end, we have set up a new Wellbeing page on the school website, dedicated to information and advice about supporting our emotional and mental wellbeing, strategies for parents/carers to tackle difficult questions and tips on how to have reassuring conversations with children and build resilience. Each week, we will add mindfulness activities and build up a bank of resources to continue to support you and your families. We hope that you will find these useful.
